National spring convention of Alcoholics Anonymous will be held in Helsinki on 26th of April 2025.
Theme of the event is AA turns 90 years old.
Event will be held at the Kuninkaantammi preliminary school. Schools address is Kuninkaantammenkierto 22, helsinki. Event is held between 9-21. First meetings will start at nine, so we recommend coming to the event early. Doors open at 8.30.
Event is open for anyone interested in the fellowship of AA.

No shoes in the event.
Event will be held in a school, where shoes worn outside are not allowed. You can prepare for this by taking shoes that are fit for wearing inside. There will be area dedicated for shoestorage during the event. Event will also provide shoe covers that can be worn on top of outside shoes, if you wish to use those inside the school.
Catering
Lunch and cafeteria services will be provided by a catering company. For convenience and to reduce the prices of catering products we will be selling vouchers for lunch/cafe/evening snacks etc. at a desk in the lobby area. To avoid rush during busy hours such as lunch, we encourage people to buy lunch vouchers early before the lunch begins. This will ensure that the lunch service will be as convenient for everyone as can be. We accept cash, mobilepay or card as payment.

Parking space on the streets is limited. We recommend arriving on public transport.
Parking space is available as marked on the map below. There is also a parking hall located next to the school where parking will cost 10€/ per day.

Event is possible with the support from groups.
Expenses include renting the school, first aid, leaflets, signs, small investments like the shoecovers, shoeracks etc.

Event organisation is done by the helsinki area event commitee
Commitee has a meeting each month prior to the event on the first monday of the month at 17.00.
Meetings are held at Niittyläntie 2, third floor. negotiation room.
